Realty industry facing little bit crisis in India but, Demand is increasing in metro cities for luxury homes and Ultra Luxury homes. Increasing the most number of affluent people, fast growing of urbanisation, Following of International life style, Increasing of NRIs coming back to home country like these reasons demand increased for Luxury homes in metro cities.
As per JLL (Jones Lang Lasalle) consultancy of real estate, Demand increased more for 1core to 20core worth Luxury, Ultra Luxury homes.
Decreasing of Rupee value NRI are showing interest in buying to Luxury homes. This is the one of reason builders to start Luxury home ventures.
Between 2008-2012 in Hyderabad, NCR-Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata cities 182 luxury apartment projects are started, 25,570 Luxury are homes constructed in this Luxury apartments, value of these houses nearly $ 3,000 core.
