Realty Industry Booming in Hyderabad

Recently, Hyderabad flooded with two big Property show exhibitions one is at necklace road and another one is at Madhapur Hitex. In this exhibitions bankers are given to green signals for housing loans. This reason encouraged to buyers, some buyers are taken final decision to own a property.

From Last three years realty industry has facing crisis. But if we observe situation two months, builders are getting some buying orders from consumers.



Some projects are offering some free offers like furniture and electronic goods etc., But buyers are not showing interest on free offers. Lot of consumers (buyers) showing interest on best price offers only.

Nearly one Lakh peoples are visited these two realty exhibitions. They got total information about Hyderabad layout plots, Flats, Villas, Farm houses and commercial places. With this situation  we have to understand that people are getting ready to buy properties.

 In this two exhibitions minimum 300 to 1000 people are visited to each stall.Some visitors are gone site visits directly from these exhibitions. Property promoters made arrangements on the request of consumers.

Property promoters are expecting some more personal site visits with in this month.


One company director says "Nearly 2000 persons are visited our stall and above 300 persons are given their full address and details. As per our fast experience through like these exhibitions minimum 10% people will convert.

IT People are playing key role: 
Different field persons are visited to these exhibitions. More visitors are shown interest to buy below  of 20 lakhs rupees Houses. Some other visitors also enquirers about the range up to 40 lakhs also. in this segment lot people related to IT field only.

• Some persons those who have a house also visited to buy a second property with in the best price for the investment purpose.
• Other Districts Property promoters also participated in these exhibitions like, Vijayawada, Vizag, Thirupati , Kurnool, Nandyal. Visitors also shown interest on these locations also, particularly those persons who are living in hyderabad from that particular places.
